Responsibilities:

Managing allocated Contracts Portfolio
Developing, tendering and negotiating contracts along with the business demand
Strategically managing low/medium risk contract spend by working in close coordination with Enterprise/Global and Category Managers and CP in the Business colleagues
Maximizing value from existing Operational Contracts and implement new Local and Framework Agreements and Category Contracts
Ensuring continuity of supply through managing ad-hoc new business requirements in accordance with Operational spend management principles
Contributing heavily to the NL/NAM Upstream Cost Improvement Savings targets tied to overall NAM Business targets
Analysing of cost basis of procurement operations in the existing contracts for continuous improvement


Requirements:

Identify CP strategic opportunities to improve the total cost of ownership
University Degree required or equivalent CP experience
Experience with commercial transactions or negotiation is essential
Ability to make decisions and execute with support of stakeholders
Customer service mindset
Good communications and inter-personal skills
Very good commercial sense and understanding of procurement
Enthusiasm and energy
Fluent English and Dutch (written & oral)
