HR Services Center Europe is based in Piła, Poland and is part of HR Services. HR Services is the Human Resources Shared Services organization of Signify. A team of HR professionals delivering HR Services to Signify employees and managers at all stages of the career cycle. HR Services delivers cost-effective people services by leveraging economies of scale, globalizing processes and simplifying the ways of working, while delivering superior HR experiences by listening and acting on our customers’ feedback.

Currently we are looking for a suitable individual to join us on the position of Admin and Payroll Specialist with the responsibility for the Benelux Market, based in Piła, Poland.

Together we can…

- Provide transactional and administrative services related to in scope processes (including mass transactions) ensuring data correctness and completeness in Workday and SAP
- Perform various payroll related activities including salary changes, additional payments and benefits
- Process employee life cycle related changes including work condition changes (hires, terminations, organizational changes, time management, etc)
- Deliver sound customer solutions and build effective relationships with customers
- Ensure that requests are answered and transactional activities are processed in a professional and efficient manner
- Prepare administration and payroll reports
- Manage and record documents flow, administer employee life cycle events

You are…

Open minded, curious and innovative and aligned with our company values and aims and you bring the following experiences and competencies:

- Graduate with Bachelor degree
- Fluent knowledge of English language (both orally and in writing) is a must
- Dutch language would be an asset
- Passionate team player bringing new ideas and striving for continuous improvement
- Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload, multi-tasking is essential
- Ability to work in a changing environment to meet demanding deadlines and timescales
- Personal integrity when handling confidential information
- Effective listening and highly developed interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and understanding of HR processes is nice to have
- SAP HR or Workday system knowledge is an additional asset
